Bridgette Pattison, her husband Luke, and their two children, Destinee, 10, and Layne, 8, spend a lot of time together living in a 4 bedroom apartment in Lima, N.Y.. They “save thousands” every year at the grocery store by hunting and processing as much deer as possible. Many label them with names like “rebel” and “white trash”, but their family is brought together through the different parts of that lifestyle.

"For us, it’s not about who gets the biggest deer or who gets the most deer," says Bridgette, "it’s ya know how long can this feed us for?" Nov. 16, 2014.
